The Gathering is lead by a student leadership team, discipled by volunteers from McLean Bible Church and Frontline, and is under the spiritual oversight of the Gathering staff. We are always in need of both students and volunteers to step up to serve in the Gathering. If you are interested in serving at the Gathering, take a minute to look through the various ways in which people can serve in the right navigation bar. Please note, though, that serving at the Gathering is not limited to just these roles. Feel free to contact us if you would like to serve but are not sure in what capacity.
